Information collected automatically. When you use the website we and our advertising and analytics providers automatically collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your approximate location (based on your IP address), the website that referred you, ad click identifiers (for example a Google or Facebook click ID) and campaign details in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters).

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including:

  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site.
  • Google Ads — to measure our advertising and record when an ad leads to an enquiry or a call.

We use these for analytics, ad measurement, conversion tracking and remarketing (showing our ads to people who have visited our website). Google and Meta may receive information about your visit and may store and process it outside Australia, including in the United States. Their own privacy policies govern how they use that information.

How we use and store your information

Enquiry details are stored in our own systems and business records, including Google Sheets. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

We do not sell your personal information.
